This Fall I will be focusing on re-shaping my History of Interior Design curriculum to embrace decolonization. This is important work that I have tried to do for several years. Much to my dismay, however, I have not yet made what I consider to be substantial changes in either approach or content. This must change.
For the next three months I will regularly share posts about my progress. I aim to comment on new resources and ideas that I encounter along the way. I also aim to report on my efforts to incorporate this new content in the classroom.
